      Matzo Meal (passover Wheat Flour), Palm Stearin, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Leavening (sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Magnesium Carbonate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Onion Powder, Natural And Artificial Flavors.

      Directions

      Cooking Directions: Makes approx. 12 1-inch matzo balls. 1. Blend 2 eggs and 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil in a bowl. Add 1 packet of matzo ball mix and stir with a fork until evenly combined. 2. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. 3. Bring to a boil 2.5 quarts (10 cups) of soup or boiling water and 2 tsp salt. 4. Wet hands and form batter into balls approximately 1-inch in diameter. 5. Carefully place the balls in the boiling soup. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, turning balls occasionally to ensure even cooking. (Matzo balls will increase in size while cooking).
