Glaze with Balsamic vinegar of Modena uses a combination of concentrated grape must and Balsamic vinegar of Modena which undergoes a special filtration process in conjunction with methods used for making Balsamic vinegar of Modena. This rich creamy reduction leads itself to numerous culinary options. Use as a dipping sauce or finishing glaze on chicken, beef, fish or pork. Drizzle on fresh garden salad, fruit, cheese or ice cream!
