      Maple Leaf Farms Roast Half Duck is partially boned and fully cooked to save time in the kitchen. Oven roasted to perfection. Serve as an entrée with your favorite sauce, or shred off the bone for tacos, pasta, salad, sandwiches, and much more...the possibilities are endless! Humanely raised and cared for on family farms throughout Northern Indiana.

      Duck, water, sodium lactate, salt, sodium phosphate, maltodextrin, modified food starch, cellulose gum, natural flavors, oil of garlic

      Directions

      Heating Instructions: Conventional Oven: 1. if frozen, defrost in refrigerator overnight. 2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 3. Remove from bag and place in shallow baking pan. 4. Bake 15-20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

      Keep frozen.
