Gin Mare takes its name from the latin term for the Mediterranean Sea, "Mare Nostrum." Gathered from some of the Mediterranean’s rich and fertile lands, Arbequina olives, rosemary, thyme, and basil provide Gin Mare with its signature flavour. These essential botanicals, carefully selected from Greece, Italy, Spain, and France, make Gin Mare a truly Mediterranean Gin.

Combines 4 key botanicals from Mediterranean Gastronomy (Arbequina Olives, basil, thyme and rosemary) with more traditional botanicals including coriander, cardamom, citrus & juniper berries, to create a character that lends itself well to pairing with food.
