Ingredients

Enriched Wheat Flour (Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sugar, Leavenings (Baking Powder [Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate], Sodium Bicarbonate), Salt, Buttermilk.

Directions

Buttermilk Pancakes: 1 large egg; 3/4 cup milk or buttermilk; 1 cup mix; 1 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted or oil. Beat egg and milk together. Add dry mix and blend well. Stir in melted butter or oil and mix thoroughly. Ladle onto 350 degrees F griddle and flip when air bubbles begin to pop. Turn once and cook until done. (Makes approximately 5-6 pancakes). Buttermilk Waffles: 1 large egg; 3/4 cup milk or buttermilk; 1 cup mix; 2 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted. Beat egg and milk together. Add dry mix and blend well. Stir in melted butter and mix thoroughly. Ladle onto hot waffle iron and remove when golden brown. (Makes about 3-4 waffles, depending on size of waffle maker). This mix makes approximately 3 batches.
